Correction Policy
Found something wrong? Tell us
Platform terms change often. Here is how we handle it when something we have published is outdated or wrong.
Why We Publish This
Bonus figures, rollover terms and support channels can change on a platform's side between our monthly re-checks. When that happens, an outdated listing is not intentional, but it is still our responsibility to fix it quickly once we know.
What Happens When You Report Something
- 1 You tell us Message us through Contact Us with the page address and what looks wrong: a bonus figure, a dead link, a changed domain, anything.
- 2 We verify directly We check the platform's current published terms ourselves instead of taking any single report at face value, in either direction.
- 3 We update or explain If the report checks out, we correct the page. If our figure was right when we published and the platform has simply changed since, we update to the current terms either way.
- 4 No silent edits on material errors For a correction that changes a bonus figure or a safety-relevant fact, we don't quietly edit the page. The updated figure replaces the old one visibly.
How Quickly We Respond
Within 3 business days: that is how long we take to acknowledge your report and confirm whether a correction is needed.
Safety-relevant reports, such as a compromised platform or a domain that no longer matches our records, are prioritised and usually handled faster.
Reports about a figure, such as a bonus amount or rollover terms, are checked against the platform's current terms before any change is published. That is why we don't promise an instant same-day edit: for this type of change, accuracy comes before speed.
What This Covers
This applies to factual errors: outdated bonus amounts, wrong domains, dead support links and incorrect registration steps. It does not cover disagreements with our editorial scoring, which is explained in our Review Criteria.
